Cancellation and safety
- In the event of inclement weather, Seaydog Adventures or booking agents reserve the right to alter, modify, or reschedule any tours due to weather or unsafe conditions. If you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded.
- Each member of your party will be required to sign a liability waiver when checking in.
- No diving off the boat.
- All swimmers stay away from motors/propellers while in water.
- No climbing on the rocks at Shell Island.
- Swim only in the areas the Captain has deemed safe.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed on boat, within reason. A cooler is provided. NO GLASS BOTTLES
- Waver must be signed
Our boat is a 2019 Twin Vee 260 SE Center Console.
- There is free parking available on-site.
- Smoking is not permitted on board
- Illegal substances and fireworks are strictly prohibited on board.
- Touching, feeding, or interacting with dolphins is prohibited by state and federal laws.
